Sopranos Kristina Bachrach and Laura Strickling will be joined by pianists Daniel Schlosberg and Scott Wheeler on a program of contemporary American vocal music, including a world premiere by Scott Wheeler, at Chicago's Guarneri Hall. Based on Suzanne Cleary’s poem “A Piece of Bread,” the text of Wheeler’s work is a meditation on food and hunger. All proceeds from this concert will go to the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

During the COVID-19 crisis Kristina appeared in on-line performances with the Agarita Chamber Ensemble, New England Music Camp, Berkshire Choral International, the Metropolis Ensemble, MIOpera, Avaloch Farms Music institute, Token Creek Music Festival, Pegasus, and the Artist Presentation Society of Saint Louis.
